Tell us about you! Why and how did you get into your sport? I grew up skiing all my life, we lived just a short walk from the T-bar at our small ski hill. I think it's the most fun thing you can do! What's a fun fact about you? I'm a recently licensed helicopter pilot What are your goals and aspirations? I want to reach my full potential in my sport while still enjoying it as much as I always have and being able to do it through the rest of my life. What has been your biggest challenge throughout your career? How did you overcome it? Injuries! Knee injuries mostly, not being able to partake in your sport and or even not being able to do anything physical. Injury is a part of life and sport - how did you deal with yours? I find every time is different and we learn to approach in different and (hopefully) better ways. Finding ways to keep a positive mindset is key for sure. What gets you the most excited about Stoko? Stoko helped me keep a positive mindset coming back from injury, it gives you that confidence back. Do you have any pre-competition rituals? Music for sure, not specific songs but something that gets you fired up. Lots of snacks always :) And now tightening the stokos before dropping! Favourite snack before/after a sweat session? Banana with peanut butter and Hanah One.
