60-Day Risk-Free Trial

Get moving, get sweaty, give them all you’ve got! We have a 60-day risk-free trial period. In those first two months, we encourage you to move in them and put your new K1s to the sweat test. If our product isn’t right for you, we’ll refund you and take them back no questions asked. We'll even pay for your return shipping! Please contact returns@stokodesign.com to process your return and obtain a return shipping label. 

 


Insurance Reimbursement 

The K Line are both registered as Class 1 Medical Devices through Health Canada and the FDA. Our products come highly recommended by physiotherapists and orthopedic surgeons looking for a more compliant knee brace that supports active rehabilitation. 

This certification means all our products are eligible for reimbursement through Health Spending Accounts (HSAs) and Flex Benefit Plans by all Canadian insurers, as well as some carriers in the U.S. As for general benefits plans, our customers have experienced many cases of reimbursement but coverage is dependent on the insurer as benefit plans vary.

To start your claim, first you will need to obtain a prescription for your Stoko product from your medical professional. The referral should include the following:

  • Specific injury diagnosis that the K1 or K1 Breathe is being prescribed for. Here is Stoko's sample prescription form that can be filled out by your medical professional.
  • Recommendation of a K Line product for injury rehabilitation and daily use (important note: insurers will not cover knee braces for sports purposes only).

Next, be sure to include a detailed receipt of purchase along with your prescription when submitting your claim. Detailed receipts can be obtained by contacting support at hello@stokodesign.com. Your insurer may also request a quote for pre-approval, in which case, click here for CAD quote and here for USD quote.


Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping on all products. We also offer express shipping at an additional fee. Depending on your proximity to our distribution center in Vancouver, Canada, please expect anywhere from 6-10 business days for standard shipping and 2-5 business days for express shipping. Please note that processing takes an additional 1-2 business days.
