We stand by our products with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee—if you are not satisfied with your Stoko.com purchase for any reason, simply email or call us. If you purchased the product directly from Stoko, then you may return the product within 60 days of the date of purchase for a refund based upon the original payment method. Upon receipt of your return request, we will issue you a return shipping label (some exceptions apply). Once we receive your qualifying return and approve your refund, your refund will be credited to the original form of payment. In addition, please note the following:
- Return shipping label will be provided by our Athlete Services Team during the return process;
- Proof of purchase is required: order number or purchase receipt;
- Products can be returned only in the country or region in which they were originally purchased;
- Returned products must be received by Stoko within 30 days of the date the return process was initiated, otherwise return request will be cancelled indefinitely;
- We encourage you to put your product to the test before deciding to return. Move in them, get sweaty, and give them all you got!
All returns are subject to validation and approval at Stoko’s discretion. If there is a discrepancy between the return policy and procedures printed on the original packing slip and the information provided above, the information provided above governs the return of your Stoko.com purchase.
THIRD PARTY RETAILERS
If you did not purchased your product from Stoko.com, with the exception of Expertvoice.com, we are unable to offer you a refund directly. We advise you to reach out to the third-party retailer from which you purchased to inquire about their return policy. If you purchased from Expertvoice.com, Stoko's regular return policy and process applies, with the exception that you will need to pay for your own return shipping costs.

- Once we confirm your proof of purchase, we will send you a return shipping label and order must be received by us within 30 days.
- Once we receive the return, please allow approximately 5 business days for your return to be processed. Additional delays may occur. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.
- Once we issue the refund, please allow up to 10 business days for it to reflect in your original method of payment. Refunds for returns apply to the purchase price of the item(s) only.
If the product is returned in accordance with this Return Policy,Stoko will credit your original form of payment you used to make the original purchase and any applicable taxes.
We get it! Purchasing online has it's challenges—which is why we will happy exchange your product for a new size or product within 60 days of purchase. Simply email or call us to initiate your exchange. Upon receipt of your exchange request, we will issue you a return shipping label (some exceptions apply). Once we receive your qualifying exchange product, we will mail your new product.

- In the event that the model you purchased is out of stock or discontinued, you will be offered to choose a different model as replacement;
- If you are exchanging an older model product (K1 or K1 Breathe) which was purchased at a discount from an authorized third-party dealer and there is no matching replacement, you will be asked to pay the difference in price to upgrade your exchange to a new model (difference between current stoko.com price and price paid at time of purchase).

Nope. We fully stand behind our product, which means if you're unhappy with them or need to exchange them, we will gladly pay the return shipping as long as your return or exchange is in accordance to our policy.
Absolutely. In fact, we encourage you to sweat in them! You need to move and be active in the K1s in order to feel their full support. We're quite certain that once you've tried them on, you won't want to return them.

BY USING YOUR STOKO PRODUCTS YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL THE TERMS OF THIS WARRANTY. BEFORE USING YOUR STOKO PRODUCT, PLEASE READ THIS WARRANTY CAREFULLY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS WARRANTY, DO NOT USE YOUR PRODUCT. RETURN YOUR PRODUCT TO STOKO.COM OR AUTHORIZED DEALEAR OF PURCHASE.
Stoko warrants the all Stoko products against non-conformance with Stoko material and workmanship specifications for the period of 1-year, beginning on the date of purchase.
Warranties are granted under the following conditions ONLY:
- You must be the original purchaser of the product with a valid proof of purchase from Stoko or another authorized dealer of purchase. (i.e., this warranty does not extend to purchases from: (i) third party auction sites, (ii) unauthorized dealers operating through use of third party marketplaces, or (iii) dealers selling altered or modified products); and,
- The damage to your product must have been sustained as a result of normal, individual use (i.e., not subject to abuse).

Stoko's Limited Warranty Policy does not cover and Stoko is not responsible for:
- Damages caused by misuse, abuse, or by accident or negligence;
- Failure to observe care instructions, including incorrect laundering;
- Damage caused by rips, cuts, or tears;
- Normal wear and tear;
- Cosmetic damage (i.e., minor scratches, surface deformations, or discolouration) including natural fading of colours.
- Unauthorize modification or alteration including any repair done outside of Stoko Customer Service;
- Products purchased from unauthorized dealers (including, without limitation, products purchased through (i) third party auction sites, (ii) unauthorized dealers selling via third party marketplaces, or (iii) dealers selling altered or modified products;
- Products that have been worn in salt water and/or underneath a wetsuit;
- Products that have not been used in accordance with Stoko's Instructions for use (IFU);
- Products purchased "used", "as-is", "without warranty", or,
- Any damages arising after the warranty period.
DO NOT RETURN YOUR PRODUCT TO YOUR DEALER. To start a Warranty Claim, please contact our Athlete Services Team at hello@stokodesign.com. Please include your order number (if purchased from Stoko.com) or receipt as proof of purchase if purchased elsewhere. Please also include photographs of the damaged product.
Note - Stoko reserves the right to refuse warranty service to any person who, in Stoko’s sole discretion, abuses its products or warranty policy.
If Stoko determines that your product is subject to this warranty, Stoko will, during the Warranty Period, in its sole discretion: (1) replace the product with the same model product, (2) replace the product with a comparable product should your product be discontinued or otherwise unavailable, or (3) provide you with a voucher to be used toward the purchase of other Stoko products on www.stoko.com. If Stoko replaces your product, the replacement product will start a new Warranty Period, but does fulfill the remainder.
Stoko will provide return shipping for your warrantied product. However, until received by Stoko, you shall bear the risk of loss. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the above three remedies shall be your sole and exclusive remedies under this Limited Warranty and supersede any prior contrary or additional representations, whether oral or written.
Warranty timing may depend on the type of product. Most can expect a 2-4 week turnaround.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ALL PURCHASES
We offer free standard shipping on all products and purchases. Express shipping is also available at an additional cost.
Depending on your proximity to our distribution center in Vancouver, Canada, please expect anywhere from 6-10 business days for standard shipping. Please allow and additional 1-2 business days for processing time.

We also offer express shipping for an additional fee, available at checkout. Delivery time is 2-5 business days for express shipping. Please allow and additional 1-2 business days for processing time.

We offer free standard shipping on all Stoko products. Given that shipping delays are common over the holiday period, the deadline to receive your order by Christmas are as follows:
- Free Standard Shipping - December 11, 2022
- Express Shipping (additional cost) - December 19, 2022
Currently we only ship within Canada and the United States.
While we hope to ship internationally in the future, at this time we do not have the appropriate medical device documentation and registration to sell our products elsewhere.

Insurance Reimbursement
We’ve designed Stoko products to give you support that lasts—that’s why every pair comes guaranteed with a 1-year warranty.

All Stoko products are registered as Class 1 Medical Devices through Health Canada and the FDA. Our products come highly recommended by physiotherapists and orthopedic surgeons looking for a more compliant knee brace that supports active rehabilitation.
This certification means all our products are eligible for reimbursement through Health Spending Accounts (HSAs) and Flex Benefit Plans by all Canadian insurers, as well as some carriers in the U.S. As for general benefits plans, our customers have experienced many cases of reimbursement but coverage is dependent on the insurer as benefit plans vary.
Most insurance providers will require a prescription for our product.
So to start your claim, first you will need to obtain a prescription for a Stoko product from your medical professional. The referral should include the following:
- Specific injury diagnosis that a Stoko K1 product is being prescribed for. Use our sample prescription form below, which can be filled out by your medical professional.
- Recommendation of a Stoko product for injury rehabilitation and daily use (important note: insurers will not cover knee braces for sports purposes only).
Next, be sure to include your order confirmation receipt (automatically sent upon purchase) along with your prescription when submitting your claim. Your insurer may also request a quote for pre-approval, in which case, use the appropriate quote below.
No, our products do not include rigid materials.
Compression through the calf and thigh were measured at Class I Mild, while the Knee was measured at Class I Moderate*. Compression varies throughout the garment between 4-19mmHg. Click here for a deep dive on Stoko's targeted compression.
