If you purchased the product directly from Stoko, then you may return the product within 60 days of the date of purchase for a refund based upon the original payment method. Upon receipt of your return request, we will issue you a return shipping label. Once we receive your qualifying return and approve your refund, your refund will be credited to the original form of payment.
We offer free standard shipping on all products within Canada & U.S. We also offer express shipping at an additional fee.
Depending on your proximity to our distribution center in Vancouver, Canada, please expect anywhere from 6-10 business days for standard shipping and 2-5 business days for express shipping. Please note that processing takes an additional 1-2 business days.
While we hope to ship internationally in the future, at this time we only ship within Canada and the U.S. As a medical device, we do not have the appropriate documentation and registration to sell elsewhere.
