1. AGREEMENT

Please read these official rules (the “Official Rules”) carefully. They contain important information about your rights and obligations, as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you if you enter the Stoko U.S. Monthly Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) sponsored by Stoko Design Inc. (“Sponsor,” “Stoko,” “we,” or “us”). The Giveaway is an ongoing promotion consisting of recurring monthly prize drawings, as described in Section 2 below. By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. If you do not agree to these Official Rules, you may not enter the Giveaway.

 

2. GIVEAWAY STRUCTURE & DRAWING PERIODS

The Giveaway is ongoing, rather than a single fixed-date sweepstakes. It consists of recurring monthly prize drawings (each, a “Monthly Drawing”). The first Drawing Period begins at 12:00:01 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on August 18, 2026. Each calendar month thereafter constitutes a separate “Drawing Period,” beginning at 12:00:01 AM PT on the first calendar day of the month and ending at 11:59:59 PM PT on the last calendar day of that same month.

The Giveaway will continue on a month-to-month basis until modified, suspended, or terminated by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to change the Prize, these Official Rules, or the Giveaway structure for any future Drawing Period, and will post the then-current Official Rules at stoko.com/pages/giveaway-rules. If the Giveaway is terminated, Sponsor will conduct a final Monthly Drawing from all eligible Entries received during the final Drawing Period.

 

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States of America and the District of Columbia, excluding residents of Rhode Island, who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry (“entrant” or “you”). Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising or promotion agencies involved in the administration of this Giveaway, and the immediate family members and household members of each, are not eligible to enter.

The Giveaway is subject to all applicable U.S. federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Notwithstanding any other provision of these Official Rules, this Giveaway is void in Rhode Island and where otherwise prohibited by law.

 

4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter a given month’s Monthly Drawing, submit your email address using the sign-up form at stoko.com (an “Entry”) at any time during that Drawing Period. Entry requires only a valid email address; SMS consent is not required to enter or win this Giveaway. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. Limit one (1) Entry per person and per email address for each Drawing Period.

Each Entry is valid only for the Drawing Period in which it is submitted. Entries do not carry forward: submitting an Entry, or being a subscribed member of Sponsor’s marketing email list, does not automatically enter you in any Drawing Period other than the one during which your Entry was received. The eligible entrant pool resets at the start of each new Drawing Period, and winners will be notified by email as described in Section 6 below.

Unsubscribing from Sponsor’s marketing emails at any time will not affect an Entry already submitted for a Drawing Period that has not yet concluded. If an unsubscribed entrant is selected as a potential winner, Sponsor may still contact them by email for the purpose of prize notification and fulfillment, notwithstanding their unsubscribed status from marketing communications.

Multiple entries by the same individual, the use of multiple email addresses or identities, or any automated or programmatic method of entry is prohibited and will result in disqualification of all associated Entries. Sponsor reserves the right to remove any Entry it believes in good faith to be fraudulent or in violation of these Official Rules.

 

5. PRIZE; APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”); ODDS

For each Drawing Period, one (1) winner will receive: one (1) Stoko Supportive Tight or Supportive Short (winner’s choice of style, size, and color), reflecting the then-current retail price on Sponsor’s U.S. storefront (the “Prize”). Approximate Retail Value as of the Giveaway’s launch: Supportive Tight $388.00 USD; Supportive Short $338.00 USD; actual value depends on the style selected by the winner. ARV will be updated to reflect the selected style’s then-current MSRP if it changes during the Giveaway. Odds of winning for any given Drawing Period depend on the number of eligible Entries received during that Drawing Period. Sponsor makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Prize.

The Prize will be shipped, at Sponsor’s expense, to the winner’s mailing address in the United States within fourteen (14) business days of Sponsor’s receipt of the winner’s completed Declaration described in Section 6 below. Sponsor is not responsible for Prizes that are lost, stolen, delayed, or misdirected once tendered to the shipping carrier. No cash alternative or substitution is available, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the selected style, size, or color is unavailable.

Prize fulfillment is subject to product availability. If the winner’s selected style, size, or color is out of stock, back-ordered, or available only on pre-order at the time of fulfillment, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, ship the Prize once it becomes available, offer a comparable substitute of equal or greater value, or extend the fourteen (14) business day shipping window referenced above. Sponsor will notify the winner by email if fulfillment will be delayed. Delays caused by product availability, manufacturing, pre-order timelines, or shipping carrier disruptions beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control do not constitute a breach of these Official Rules and will not entitle the winner to a replacement prize, refund, or additional compensation.

 

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

For each Drawing Period, one (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible Entries received during that Drawing Period, within seven (7) days after the Drawing Period ends. The potential winner will be notified by email within seven (7) business days of the drawing and must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification.

Six-Month Winner Cooldown: an individual who has won a Prize in the Giveaway is not eligible to win again for six (6) months following the date of that win, even if they submit a new, otherwise-eligible Entry during a later Drawing Period within that window.

If the fair market value of the Prize requires it under applicable U.S. tax law, Sponsor may request the winner complete an IRS Form W-9 and will issue an IRS Form 1099 (or other applicable tax form) for the calendar year in which the Prize is awarded. Winner is solely responsible for any tax liability arising from acceptance of the Prize.

As a further condition of receiving the Prize, the potential winner must complete, sign, and return to Sponsor a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release (the “Declaration”) within seven (7) business days of notification. The Declaration re-confirms the winner’s eligibility under Section 3 above, including their state of residence; confirms the winner’s agreement to the publicity and liability release terms set out in Sections 7 and 8 below; and provides Sponsor with a valid shipping address for the Prize.

Failure to respond within the required time, failure to timely complete and return the Declaration, or failure to meet eligibility requirements will result in disqualification for that Drawing Period, and Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible Entries received during that Drawing Period in its sole discretion. Disqualification for a given Drawing Period does not affect an entrant’s ability to submit a new Entry for a future Drawing Period.

 

7. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Giveaway and acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city, and state of residence for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes, in any media, without additional compensation or notification.

 

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering the Giveaway, each entrant releases, discharges, and holds harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liability of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Sponsor is not responsible for any technical malfunction, human error, or lost, delayed, garbled, misdirected, or otherwise incomplete Entries or winner notifications, whether caused by the entrant, Sponsor, or any equipment, software, or network associated with or used in the Giveaway, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

 

9. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

These Official Rules, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Giveaway, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules that would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction. This mirrors the governing law already stated in Sponsor’s general Terms of Service at stoko.com/pages/terms. Any dispute not resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Province of British Columbia, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute, claim, or cause of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway shall be resolved on an individual basis, without resort to any class, consolidated, or representative proceeding. Any recovery is limited to entrant’s actual, provable, out-of-pocket costs incurred in connection with entering the Giveaway, if any; entrant waives any right to attorneys’ fees, and to punitive, exemplary, incidental, or consequential damages, or to have damages multiplied or increased, to the fullest extent such waiver is permitted by applicable law. Some U.S. states do not permit certain limitations on consumer remedies; in those states, this section applies only to the extent permitted by that state’s law.

 

10. DATA COLLECTION & PRIVACY

Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway and for marketing purposes, in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at stoko.com/pages/privacy-policy. Marketing emails sent to U.S. entrants will comply with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act, including accurate sender identification and a functioning unsubscribe mechanism in every message. For this Giveaway, providing express consent to receive marketing emails is the entry mechanism itself, as described in Section 4 above: submitting your email address to enter constitutes your express consent to receive marketing communications from Sponsor for as long as you remain subscribed.

 

11. WINNER LIST

For the name of the winner of a given month’s Monthly Drawing, send a written request by email to hello@stoko.com, including the calendar month and year of the Drawing Period you are inquiring about, within ninety (90) days after the end of that Drawing Period. Sponsor will provide the winner’s first name and state of residence, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

 

12. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions of these Official Rules shall remain in full force and effect.
