Chasing Sage x Stoko Supportive Tight Giveaway

1. AGREEMENT

Please read these Official Rules carefully. They contain important information about your rights and obligations, as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you if you enter the Chasing Sage x Stoko Supportive Tight Giveaway (the “Giveaway”). The Giveaway is sponsored by Stoko Design Inc. (“Sponsor,” “Stoko,” “we,” or “us”) and promoted in collaboration with @chasing.sage (“Promotional Partner”). By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor regarding the Giveaway, which are final and binding in all respects. If you do not agree to these Official Rules, you may not enter the Giveaway.

2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 PM Pacific Time (“PT”) on October 13, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on October 18, 2026 (the “Giveaway Period”).

The timestamps recorded by Instagram on the Giveaway Post are the official record for determining whether an Entry was made during the Giveaway Period. Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period are not eligible.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, and legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who have reached the age of majority in their province, territory, state or district of residence at the time of entry (“entrant” or “you”).

The following people are not eligible to enter: employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of Sponsor or Promotional Partner, of their respective parents, affiliates and subsidiaries, and of any advertising or promotion agencies involved in administering or promoting the Giveaway, as well as the immediate family members and household members of each.

The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, territorial, state and local laws and regulations. The Giveaway is void in Quebec and where otherwise prohibited by law.

4. HOW TO ENTER

During the Giveaway Period, find the Chasing Sage x Stoko Giveaway Reel posted by @chasing.sage on Instagram (the “Giveaway Post”).

To receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway (an “Entry”), an eligible entrant must complete all of the following during the Giveaway Period:

1. Follow @chasing.sage on Instagram;
2. Follow @stoko on Instagram;
3. Like the Giveaway Post; and
4. Tag one (1) friend in the comments of the Giveaway Post.

All four requirements must be completed during the Giveaway Period for an Entry to be eligible.

Limit one (1) Entry per Instagram account during the Giveaway Period. Additional comments or tags do not result in additional Entries.

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.

An entrant must keep meeting the entry requirements until the potential winner has been verified.

The following are prohibited: automated, programmatic or fraudulent Entries; Entries submitted using multiple identities or accounts; and any attempt to get around the one-Entry limit. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or Entry that Sponsor reasonably believes violates these Official Rules or interferes with the fair administration of the Giveaway.

Entrants must comply with Instagram’s applicable terms and policies.

5. PRIZE; APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”); ODDS

One (1) winner will receive one (1) Stoko Supportive Tight in the winner’s choice of available men’s or women’s fit and available size (the “Prize”).

The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $388.00 USD / $448.00 CAD.

The Prize is subject to product and size availability. If the winner’s selected fit or size is unavailable, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either provide a comparable substitute of equal or greater value, or fulfill the Prize when the requested product becomes available within ninety (90) days after the winner is confirmed. If the requested product is not available within that time, Sponsor will provide a comparable substitute of equal or greater value.

No cash alternative is available. The winner may not transfer the Prize or substitute it for something else. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.

The Prize will be shipped to an eligible mailing address in Canada, excluding Quebec, or the United States. Sponsor will pay all shipping, duties, brokerage and import fees associated with delivering the Prize.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Giveaway Period.

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

Promotional Partner is assisting with promoting the Giveaway. Stoko Design Inc. is the Sponsor of the Giveaway and is responsible for administering the Giveaway, selecting the winner and fulfilling the Prize.

The random drawing will take place within seven (7) days after the Giveaway Period ends.

The potential winner will be contacted by direct message on Instagram from @stoko, sent to the Instagram account used to make the winning Entry.

The winner will only be contacted by the verified @stoko account. We will never ask you to click a link or provide payment, credit card information or bank information to claim the Prize.

The potential winner must respond to the winner notification within seventy-two (72) hours of the time the notification is sent.

Sponsor and Promotional Partner will never ask a winner for payment, credit card information or bank information in order to claim the Prize.

As a condition of receiving the Prize, Sponsor may require the potential winner to provide information reasonably needed to verify eligibility and fulfill the Prize, including the potential winner’s full name, age, province, territory, state or district of residence, mailing address, email address, preferred Supportive Tight fit and size, and any other information reasonably required to confirm eligibility.

Sponsor may also require the potential winner to complete, sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability Release and, where legally permitted, Publicity Release (the “Declaration”). If required, the Declaration must be completed and returned within seven (7) business days of Sponsor’s request.

7. CANADIAN WINNER REQUIREMENT

If the potential winner is a resident of Canada, they must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question before being declared the winner and receiving the Prize. The question must be answered without assistance of any kind and will be administered by Sponsor by email.

If the potential winner does not answer the skill-testing question correctly, they will be disqualified, and Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible Entries.

8. FAILURE TO CLAIM PRIZE

A potential winner may be disqualified if the potential winner does not respond to the winner notification within seventy-two (72) hours; cannot be contacted; does not meet the eligibility requirements of these Official Rules; fails to provide requested eligibility or fulfillment information; fails to complete and return any required Declaration within the applicable deadline; is a Canadian resident and fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question; or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules.

If a potential winner is disqualified, an alternate potential winner may be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible Entries.

Sponsor is not required to select more than three (3) alternate potential winners. If no eligible winner is confirmed after three alternate selections, Sponsor may decide that the Prize will not be awarded.

9. TAXES

Except for the shipping, duties, brokerage and import fees paid by Sponsor under Section 5, any federal, provincial, territorial, state, local or other taxes associated with accepting or using the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

For a United States winner, Sponsor may require completion of any tax documentation required by applicable law and may issue an applicable tax form if required.

10. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, Sponsor and Promotional Partner may identify the confirmed winner by first name, Instagram handle and province, territory or state of residence solely for purposes of administering and announcing the results of the Giveaway.

Any additional promotional use of the winner's name, likeness or content will require separate permission where required by law.

11. INSTAGRAM DISCLAIMER

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

By entering the Giveaway, each entrant acknowledges that Instagram is not responsible for administering the Giveaway or awarding the Prize and releases Instagram from any responsibility or liability associated with the Giveaway, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Giveaway must be directed to Sponsor and not to Instagram.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by entering the Giveaway, each entrant releases, discharges and holds harmless Sponsor, Promotional Partner, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, damages, losses, expenses or liabilities arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway or to the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prize.

The Released Parties are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, network or communications failures; interrupted or unavailable internet, mobile or Instagram services; lost, late, incomplete, misdirected or corrupted Entries or communications; errors or inaccuracies in Giveaway-related materials; unauthorized human intervention in the Giveaway; Instagram account restrictions, suspensions, outages or other platform-related issues; or other circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Giveaway.

Nothing in these Official Rules excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

13. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by law, to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, platform outages, unauthorized intervention or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity, security, fairness or proper operation of the Giveaway.

If the Giveaway is terminated before the stated end of the Giveaway Period, the winner may be selected by random drawing from among all eligible Entries received before the Giveaway was terminated, if reasonably possible.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person Sponsor reasonably believes has attempted to tamper with the entry process or operation of the Giveaway; violated these Official Rules; used fraudulent, automated or deceptive entry methods; impersonated another individual; or engaged in conduct intended to disrupt or abuse the Giveaway.

Sponsor’s decisions regarding eligibility, winner selection and Giveaway administration are final and binding, subject to applicable law.

14. PRIVACY

Personal information collected from entrants or a potential winner in connection with the Giveaway, whether by Sponsor or by Promotional Partner on Sponsor’s behalf, will be used to administer and fulfill the Giveaway, verify eligibility, communicate with the winner and deliver the Prize.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at stoko.com/pages/privacy-policy.

Entering this Giveaway through Instagram does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive Stoko marketing emails or SMS messages. Sponsor will only use an entrant’s information for additional marketing purposes where the entrant has separately provided any consent required by applicable law.

15. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived under the laws applicable to an entrant.

16. WINNER INFORMATION

For information about the winner, send a request by email to hello@stoko.com within ninety (90) days after the Giveaway Period ends.

Sponsor may provide the winner’s first name, Instagram handle and province, territory or state of residence, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

17. SEVERABILITY

If a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these Official Rules invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
