The Supportive Tights are hard to get on at first, but it get easier we promise. These are not regular tights, which means you shouldn't put them on like regular tights! We've created a step by step guide to ensure the proper fit of your Supportive Tights below.

You're Supportive Tights will feel small at first. Our products provide targeted compression for stability and increased blood flow, which will make the tights feel tighter and potentially smaller than what you might be used too. Additionally, the Supportive Tights have a break-in period. The more you move in your Supportive Tights the more the cables will work their magic to conform to your body perfectly.

How to Break-In

Unlike traditional braces, our innovative design ensures that you won't feel any cumbersome restrictions. Instead, our aim is to provide you with an experience that feels completely invisible.

The Stoko Support System is crafted to seamlessly engage when you need it the most, yet remain virtually undetectable during your daily activities. With 90 feet of high-strength cables, meticulously designed to mimic your muscles and ligaments, we reinforce your body's natural mechanics while allowing you to move freely and unrestricted.

Don't be alarmed if you don't feel any major sensations— that's the true beauty of our design. Think of it as joint support gone stealth. The Stoko Support System silently works in the background, providing unparalleled reinforcement without impeding your mobility or comfort.

When you engage the Stoko Support System through the dials in the back, you may feel tension around the waistband, which is normal! If you feel tension, simply slide your thumbs under the waist band and pull it away from your body. By doing this, you should feel the cables moving and the tension relaxing around the waist.

Returns & Exchanges

Stoko accepts returns & exchanges within 60 days of the purchase date. 

We encourage you to put your product to the test before deciding to return. Move in them, get sweaty, and give them all you got. There is a short break-in period with your Supportive Tights. This means it will take a bit of time before your tights begin to regulate and feel comfortable on your body. They can be a total pain at first and challenging to get used to, Supportive Apparle is very different than any other tights or braces you’ve tried. We promise with a few simple tips and tricks, they get a lot better!

Important things to know:

  • Stoko will cover shipping costs for returns.
  • Proof of purchase is required–order number or purchase confirmation email.
  • Products can be returned only in the country or region in which they were originally purchased.
  • Returned products must be received by Stoko within 30 days of the date the return process was initiated, otherwise, the return request will be canceled.

What is not acceptable for a full refund:

  • Orders with discounts greater than 20% or final sale items are not eligible for return. 
  • Stoko branded products that were not purchased through stoko.com. If you purchased through our third-party retailers, you must return items directly to them in accordance with their respective return policies.

All returns are subject to validation and approval at Stoko’s discretion. If there is a discrepancy between the return policy indicated anywhere else and the information provided above, the information provided above governs the return of your Stoko.com purchase.

1-Year limited Warranty

Stoko’s Warranty Policy covers manufacturing defects and the Stoko Support System for up to 1 year after the purchase date. This includes:

  • Control Dials
  • Cables
  • Laminations

Stoko's Warranty Policy does not cover:

  • Damages caused by misuse, abuse, or by accident or negligence;
  • Failure to observe care instructions, including incorrect laundering;
  • Damage caused by rips, cuts, or tears;
  • Normal wear and tear;
  • Cosmetic damage (i.e., minor scratches, surface deformations, or discolouration) including natural fading of colours. 
  • Unauthorized modification or alteration including any repair done outside of Stoko Customer Support; 
  • Products purchased from unauthorized dealers (including, without limitation, products purchased through (i) third party auction sites, (ii) unauthorized dealers selling via third party marketplaces, or (iii) dealers selling altered or modified products;
  • Products that have been worn in salt water and/or underneath a wetsuit;
  • Products that have not been used in accordance with Stoko's Instructions for Use / Instruction Manual (IFU);

Please give Stoko Support Team 2-4 business days to review your warranty claim and get back to you. Our team will follow up via email from hello@stoko.com if you qualify for a warranty replacement or not. These responses can sometimes be sent to spam or junk mail, please ensure you check these inboxes before reaching out for an update on your warranty.  The next steps will then be provided to you at that time. The expected total timeframe for a warranty claim is a 2-4 week turnaround.
