Stoko offers shipping within North America, please note that order processing may take an additional 1-2 business days from the stated shipping times below:

  • Standard Shipping 6-10 Business Days (Free)
  • Express Shipping 2-5 Business Days (Calculated at Checkout)

International Shipping

At this time, we cannot ship or sell Stoko products outside of North America. Please feel free to sign up for our newsletter to keep up-to-date as we continue to grow.

If you are looking to get into your Supportive Apparel before December 25, 2023 please note the order deadlines below:

Standard Shipping

  • Order must be placed by December 7, 2023 

Express Shipping

  • Order must be placed by December 16, 2023 

Shipping delays during the holiday season may occur, please contact the carrier directly if you are running into any shipment delay issues with your order. Stoko will do everything we can to ensure your order is shipped out promptly. Please note, order processing can take up to 1-2 business days. 

FAQ's

Shipment tracking information will be sent to you via email once your order has been shipped. Please check your spam/junk folder as sometimes these emails can get lost in there. If you are having trouble finding your tracking information, feel free to reach out to us at hello@stoko.com

Once the product leaves our warehouse, there are limited options in what we can control and we share in your frustration with shipping issues.  We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly as they would have the most up-to-date information.

Stoko is unable to change or cancel any orders once it has been created. Please double-check that all information you input is correct when creating the order, before processing your payment.

Stoko is unable to change any address information once the order has been created. If you happen to put in the wrong information, please contact the carrier directly.
