I was encouraged to buy stoko by my grandson who is on the US Ski team. He claimed it has allowed him to ski painfree after injuries. I finally bought my first pair after learning that I will soon need a knee replacement in my other knee.(had first 2 years ago). I'm am a 74 year old woman and trying to remain active,( skiing, walking, pickleball) the first pair was quite tight on my stomach but felt amazing on my legs. Stoko supported my going up a size and the new pair are perfect. I can’t wait to see how I feel on the slopes. So far I’m very pleased. They feel great and totally different and better than any brace I have tried. They seem like a game changer.

I am a very active 76-year-old male. I've had back and hip pain for many years and have been getting monthly chiropractic care for several years, which has helped some. I bought the Stoko shorts to wear while doing yard work and bicycling. The shorts have greatly reduced my pain when doing these activities and I have less pain the rest of the day after taking them off.
I have a hint for others: During your activities, tighten the adjustment knobs from time to time. The shorts stretch out as you move and need to be retightened to receive maximum benefit.

I have found great reward in the leggings for snowboarding, so when my L6, 5, 4 situation herniated my 4-3 disc interfered with my water sking I made two choices, see my Chiropractor twice a week, and invest in another Stoko product, the shorts! Results again are way beyond expectations, I am skiing without pain or repercussions.....hoping to take that to the golf course this Fall!

These tights are amazingly supportive!!! My first workout while wearing them was painless before and after. No soreness the next day. I could feel the resistance bands within the tights during my workout. I love these tights and will be purchasing more Stoko items.

I’ve tried physical therapy, sciatic belts, and back injections. This is the only thing that has provided some relief. Definitely worth the money.

This thing is worth the money. I have a torn meniscus and ACL on my left knee with these on. I move with so much ease I can continue doing the things I love. If you are reluctant trust me on this these are so so worth it health over wealth.

I have worn these Stoko leggings 4 times now, once was for a 12 hour day with a lot of getting up and down..in 90 degrees. My knee feel Very supported, my legs as a whole feel less tired at the end of a wear And the fabric was very breathable and comfortable. I was nervous initially..when they came with video instructions and written, but appreciate that they did!
The price is the Only thing that is tough..however, when you get That kind of support in a Legging, can do SO much with more confidence ..it's Totally worth it.

I have now had my Stoko shorts for more than 30 days and have worn them on the golf course at least eight times. As a 69 year old man, I have problems with arthritic hips causing pain throughout my hip and groin area. I thought long and hard about getting these shorts as they cost a bit more than your typical compression shorts. I don't mind saying though that my Stoko shorts have been worth every penny plus more. They provide the support needed and let me focus on my golf swing! While I did say they cost a bit more, they are still much cheaper than most golf clubs I've bought and have helped me to enjoy golfing without pain. I can see a pair of Stoko pants in my future as I also have knee pain. Highly recommend these shorts to anyone needing support in their hip and groin area. Thank you Stoko.

These shorts are amazing. I have had pelvic instability causing hip and low back pain that was exacerbated while I was pregnant. I’ve been to the chiropractor, I have been strength training and I have tried every rub to help with the discomfort. I got my shorts last week and squeezed into them but wasn’t having a high pain day so I couldn’t tell how beneficial they would be. My low back kept me up all night and I was still uncomfortable this morning so I pulled out my shorts and cranked them up. My pain was tolerable immediately. I need to get another pair for backup now

I have hiked for several years now. On longer hikes I tend to wear compression tights. The cables and the material provide a controllable level of compression and additional support for knees and hips. I found them hotter than typical tights but I will take a bit of additional sweat in exchange for less pain and more confidence on a steep downslope. The cables and thicker material also provided additional support and compression to my calves. I will buy another pair including the shorts.
